Backup and Monitoring

It's important that your website is available on a consistent basis - and that there is a backup should anything go wrong. We automatically backup your website three times / week and keep each backup for at least 6 months.

The server where your website is located is automatically checked every 30 minutes from various points in Europe and North America to ensure it is running as expected. Any change is brought to a technician's attention via redundant alert mechanisms and dealt with promptly.
